• The client will be treated with the utmost respect and care throughout all interactions.

• All information shared during therapy sessions and consultations remains strictly confidential, unless shared with a supervisor.

​

• The therapist is professionally required to report any suspicions of abuse or harm to a child or a potentially vulnerable adult to the relevant authorities.

​

• If there is any concern that the client may intend to harm themselves, the therapist, or others, the therapist has an obligation to notify appropriate authorities.

​

• In certain cases, it may be necessary to consult with other healthcare providers regarding suitability or potential conflicts in treatment. The client will be informed should this occur.

​

• Clients undergoing medical treatment are encouraged to provide a proper diagnosis when relevant. This ensures that the therapist can offer informed support, and it keeps other medical professionals informed of the client’s interest in hypnotherapy.

​

• The therapist abides by the AfSFH Code of Conduct, and GDPR policies have been shared with the client.

​

• In the event the therapist is unable to attend a session, they will provide as much advance notice as possible, along with a refund or carry the payment over to the next session.

       Client Consent:

​

• The therapist has fully explained the therapy approach, methods, and any self-help activities expected from me. I understand that to achieve the best results, I need to engage in suggested tasks, such as journaling and listening to the provided hypnosis recording.

​

• I acknowledge that I must not listen to the hypnosis mp3 recording while driving, bathing, or in any situation where drowsiness or sleep could pose a safety risk.

​

• I understand that therapy outcomes may vary between clients, and a minimum of six weekly sessions is recommended.

​

• The session fee must be paid before the session   

​

• I accept the fee structure of £70 per session (or £300 for a block of five sessions). A minimum of 48 hours' notice is required for any appointment cancellations, or the full session fee will be charged. For pre-paid sessions, late cancellations may not be replaced. Sessions may be canceled or charged in full if I arrive more than 10 minutes late.

​

• Appointments are scheduled for 50 minutes. If I arrive late, the session will still end at the original end time unless the therapist can extend it based on their availability.

​

• I agree not to attend sessions under the influence of alcohol or drugs. If I arrive under the influence, the session will be canceled, but the full fee will still be charged.

​

• The therapist reserves the right to end sessions if they feel threatened or disrespected.

​

• I understand that social media interactions with my therapist are not confidential, and any public interactions may be visible to others.

​

• I confirm that I am over 16 years of age and consent to receive hypnotherapy.

​

• I have read, understood, and accept the terms outlined above.
