Hi I'm Toby!

 ..... founder of Mind Flow Hypnotherapy. Iam based in Hebden Bridge & Sowerby Bridge.

I help people who feel burnt out, anxious, stuck, or overwhelmed — often after years of pushing through, coping, and putting themselves last.

Many of the people I work with are professionals, parents, or individuals who look like they’re managing on the outside, but inside feel exhausted, disconnected, or quietly struggling.

My work is about helping you move out of survival mode and back into clarity, calm, and control — so you can feel like yourself again and move forward with confidence.

 

This isn’t about endlessly revisiting the past.
It’s about understanding how your mind works now and gently retraining it to work better for you.
